(02) Timber Tap - Hola Mole

Porter-You will pick up on the flavors of chocolate, along with hints of almonds, cinnamon and a little heat from ancho chiles. These were added during the secondary fermentation in order to give you the experience of enjoying your beer with the flavors of a Mexican mole sauce.

(03) Timber Tap- Red Maple

Red Ale- Similar to our flagship Red Birch Sapling. Through experimentation this batch has a hint of more bitterness and higher alcohol content.

(04) Timber Tap- Pualslager

Dark Lager- A light drinking beer with roasty malt taste. The recipe was created from a friend of the brewery who perfected it in his homebrew days. Years ago he needed to add a box of corn flakes in order to increase the fermentable sugar. It turned out so well that the corn flake addition has continued as an integral part of the recipe.

(05) Timber Tap- Pines

Pale Ale-Refreshing and hoppy ale, yet with sufficient supporting malt to make the beer balanced. The traditional cascade hops will provide the hoppy and slightly bitter finish.

Seltzer - The blood orange provides a zesty and bright citrus flavor, while the pomegranate adds a tangy and slightly tart note.

Pastry Sour - Pastry sour highlighting all of the notes of grandma's apple pie. Sour base creates the right foundation full of apple-forward deliciousness and cinnamon-infused.

(11) Lexington- Kentucky Vanilla Barrel Cream Ale

Cream Ale- Cream Ale brewed with a hint of flaked corn and bourbon vanilla beans. Aged in freshly decanted Kentucky bourbon barrels for a minimum of two months.

Pilsner - A classic Midwestern-style lager that pays homage to Wisconsin's rich brewing tradition. This beer offers a crisp, clean taste, subtle hop bitterness, and a smooth finish.
